HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM LONELINESS
We will tell which part of life you feel yourself more lonely and unprotected. And try to see the levels of suffering from your loneliness. A lot of people right now trying find happiness in a social networks. They play games, create virtual families and winning computer games. But what is the result of this virtual self-deception?
Much more loneliness. People of modern world loosing the opportunity to speak and understand with each other. Before people trying to create a strong community, connection for a long time and now we are in time, when relationships starts without any mutual responsibilities. If people feeling so lonely, why they separated from each other?
I´ve heard a story:
-Hi, Joahnna! – said one man to one women.
She turn around proudly and said:
– I’m not talking with a strangers.
– But we spent a night together, – men surprised.
She look at him arrogantly and said:
– It doesn’t mean anything and of course it’s not the reason for acquaintance. 🙂
This crazy world….
Let us remember the old days. Ancient shamans and magi knew, to be happy man has to be surrounded by positive and kind society in all 4 spheres of life:
-family
-friendship
-relationship
-business
Are you sure, that you feel confidence and protection in all 4 spheres?
All those spheres has to create a positive atmosphere around the person and help him on a 3 level of sacrifice:
- Physical sacrifice. Our basic, our every-day stay of being.
- Emotional sacrifice. When people around us support our positive mind.
- Spiritual sacrifice. It helps us to be blessed and change ourselves in a very good way. (
Instruments can be people or events which helps us to open up our talents and discover the right way to the happiness.
But why people, whom keep us in physical and emotional sacrifice so often can’t help us in spiritual sacrifice?
Each human needs 3 levels of protection: 🙂
- Physical protection, it’s our confidence.
- Social and financial protection, it’s makes us move the wheel of life and developing.
Now imagine, that all 4 spheres of our life: family, friendship, relationship and business has to protect us in all our way. From whom you have physical and material protection?

Who protect you on your spiritual journey? This is the third and the most important protection.

Maybe somebody at work supported you when you want to dance at a lunch time to bring more happiness to everyone?

I would like to tell you a wonderful story. 🙂
One women named anna-elizabeth, 35 years, came once on a last day of my seminar. It was a third day of retreat, when we all almost finished our program. After three and a half hours of practice she starting to shine, smiling and beaming a happiness. And she told us her story: « i used to came here on friday, the first day of retreat, but i had conversation about my problems with my sister and she said, that i have to fall in love. I spend that day and night with one handsome man. But next day i felt worse than before. I just realized, that i lost my energy. Then i met my coworker and share with her my wish to go to retreat and she said «better go shopping and buy new pare of shoes». I listened her advise and bought fascinating shoes with a high heels and went to one saturday party everybody complimented, but at the end of the party i felt myself empty and more lonely, than before. And finally i realized, that nothing really helps me and decided to arrive on retreat right away, even if it is the last day and now i feel myself full of energy, happy and illuminate! And asked only one question to myself: why i didn’t arrived at friday?»
Why, do you think, anna-elizabeth felt herself more happy even after one day of spiritual retreat, than after night with a handsome man and after bought a new beautiful pare of shoes?
Yes, my dear!!! You are right!
Because if our soul doesn’t feel happy, no money and no relationships can’t filling up this empty space in our soul. That’s why so important to use ancient knowledges, experience, that helps us to find what really makes our soul happy!
Only guru can do this! And if physical and material protection we can find in our every-day life, spiritual support we can have only from a person whom seen our soul clear, deep and also understand our wishes and dreams. 🙂
Please, do not demand your coworkers or boss to understand your spiritual interests. Your family as well not necessary has to follow the same spiritual way, that’s why don’t ask their approve and support. But you may talk to them about the topics that are interesting to them giving examples of different stories of how it is possible to live better!
My dear, the material success in life is really very important, to live in harmony with people around is very worth to! And surely we will continue to teach you this.
Each sphere of life has there own distinctive mission.
Business and family and finance support.
But spiritual support we receive from those, whom already passed through the path of realizing and has a very particular, true knowledges, precious experience and practice, that can help you to feel protected.
So, how to protect ourselves from lonliness in this technocratic world? even when we are in a big group of people, we still may feel ourselves lonely. 🙁 if in a family with many children,many relatives , we feel not understood, not valued , our soul feels alone. If a close person who swore to love you years ago, all of the sudden turns to be completely foreign to you. Inevitable time comes when children leave the nest when they grow up. All materials things with which we want to protect ourselves break …where to find a standing ground, stability ?
All wise people have spoken about these issues and our wise Master speaks about this, «search for a kindom of god and then everything also will be given to you» words of master kalki «if you want to be unhappy – think of yourself, ;( think who owes you what and what they owe. If you want to be happy – think how you can help other people (inlove) .» that’s why dear ones, we sincerely wish to you search for a heavenly god’s kindom , search for a stability within ourselves with the use of spiritual practices. Who amoung people here already started to gather people to do spiritual practices,a filed of love meditation, laughter meditation practices, circle healing prayers … To become happy?
If you will be useful to people, you will never be lonely. N-e-v-e-r!
