People think that “Tantra” only refers to sex due to the large amount of information that is online about this topic that normally is low quality, but this is not right.
Tantra is not sex, it is a methodology to reach spiritual development. It is the most powerful energy of human beings, like a volcano.
When we use this energy efficiently and usefully, it is when we are truly able to overcome different adversities (in the workplace, personal, loving relationships, family …).
Our problem is that we are not often aware of the existence of this energy or we believe it is only related to the sexual aspect. So we do not know the key to control and properly manage it.

It is a powerful mantra that opens the passage of energy from all three: spirit, soul and body.
