My dear friends!

After any workshop or seminar each of you have a high level of energy. Thanks to spiritual practices and communication with spiritual tutors. Usually if you attend the workshop or seminar which lasts all in all 5-7 days, your high level of energy is saved for about 2-3 weeks. And this happens only if you support this level of energy doing spiritual practices at home or joining to the spiritual group with the main organizers in your city, who are qualified organizers of Global Spirit School.

These spiritual practices are easy to do, and they will improve the quality of your life! Your body will be healed from diseases, you will attract luck in your life, your relationship with the family and partner will harmonize, and your heart will truly fill with mutual love!

SPIRITUAL PRACTICES:

Morning:

  1. Read this prayer after awakening:

OH, INFINITY! I am coming back from the blessed heaven into the world of obstacles and difficulties.

Make them blessed also, because I am growing by walking through them.

I will develop through every situation You will send me

and I will remember all my lessons, and I will never forget about You in this everyday routine.

Help me. Let it be so. Aum.

 Remember your dreams and write them down in a separate notebook, so you will uncover the ability to interpret dreams and read the signs of the universe.

 

  1. Perform “Awakening” – an ancient Taoist complex of exercises.

1) Stretch in bed gently waking up. Pull the toes towards yourself, then pull them away, then pull them again. Make 3-5 times without rush.

2) Rotate ankles simultaneously in one and the opposite direction. 3-5 circles in each direction.

3) Move feet simultaneously out and in. 3-5 times.

4) Stretch once again, and rotate hands 3-5 circles in each direction.

Do all exercises slowly, quietly, watching as your body gradually wakes up.

5) Turn your head one way, then the other, without raising it from the pillow. Turn your head on the pillow 3 times in both directions.

6) Stretch again. Slide straight arms along the floor to the body, making a circle, then raise your hands up and over your head, thus you made a circle. Do another 3-5 circular rotations in one direction, and then in the other.

7) Bend the legs in knees, pull one knee to your chest with the hands, then another.

8) Turn to the side and slowly stand up.

  1. Now is the time to drink the magic water.

Pour a glass of water and put it beside the bed the night before. You can cover it with the lid. Place a glass of water on the left palm, cover it with the right hand. Tune to your heart of the Master, and sing the AUM mantra silently or aloud. The person’s right hand is usually the giver, but sometimes vice versa. So, if you feel that it’s easier for you to cover the glass with the left, then follow your instincts. Feel a stream of radiant energy leak through the center of your palms. Tune into a new day and silently pronounce strong, positive affirmations that will fill you through the charged water with the energy of joy, love, health, luck, happiness, etc.

Now you can sip it slowly, carefully tasting it in the mouth. This glass shall be used only for this practice, keep it away from sources of electromagnetic radiation and closer to your holy place where is your altar, portrait of a teacher, power objects, etc.

  1. Water treatment:

Wash your face with cool water, brush teeth and take a shower, a contrast one is preferable. Then carefully rub whole body with a towel, massaging it!

Nasal irrigation: Jala Neti:

Fill the glass with water at room temperature and dissolve 1/5 of a teaspoon of salt in it. This is the about proportion, as the taste of the water shall be similar to a tear. Pour the saline solution on the palm, carefully over a sink, and slowly pull water in one nostril, closing another with the finger. Water drips through the nasal passages, washing the nasal mucosa, and pours out.

This practice is very important, as it helps to improve nasal breathing, and the circulation of blood in the brain! You can do it once a day for 20 minutes before going outside. But, if you feel that it is difficult for you, it can be limited to 2 times per week

  1. Run and warm-up.

Good, if you can run on the street, where you can also make the joint warm-up. But if you don’t have time, then the workout can be done at home. The main thing is to wake up your body for a new day.

A large amount of energy accumulates in our joints, it is beneficial to release it for good and not leave it clamped there in the form of salt deposits. There are many options of workouts. We offer you one that will quickly raise your energy level and prepare the joints and muscles to physical activity:

1) Circular rotation of the hands clockwise and counterclockwise (8 times slowly and 8 times fast).

2) Circular rotation of the elbow joints.

3) Circular rotation of the shoulders.

4) Circular rotation of the body (hands on waist, hips don’t move).

5) Rotation of hip joints, hands on waist.

6) “Skier’s Warm-up”. Put your feet together, bend your knees, lean hands on the knees, and rotate them in one direction to another, then outside and inside.

7) Rotation of the ankle joints.

8) And now it’s the time for the most important part – our head. Begin gently turning the head to the left to the right, then back and forth (3 – 5 times). Try to do the exercises without strain.

Put the right hand on the right side of the head, gently push the head down with the hand, and push down the head on the. Repeat 3-5 times. Put the hand on the left side of your head, push 3-5 times. Put one palm to another and place them on the forehead. Push your head with palms and palms with the head. Then place both palms one on top of another on the nape. Push your hands on your head, and head on the hands.

This exercise will quickly improve the blood circulation of the brain.

  1. A time for tears and meditation on Sri Yantra.

Time for tears is a spiritual practice, described in the book “After death.”

We end up the time of tears with the prayer that sanctifies the coming day:

“Oh, Great Divine Power! At this moment I appeal to You and ask You to give me knowledge and Grace. Lead me on the path of perfection and I’ll be ready to give my life for Your sake. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy spirit. Amen.”

7. It’s time for yoga. Do it from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on your ability. If there is not enough time in the morning, you can postpone part of the spiritual practices for the evening. Just do not forget that while it’s beneficial to practice active techniques that increase energy and emotional level in the morning, it is favorable to do relaxing and calming techniques in the evening. This applies both to asanas and pranayamas.

Please, help me to treat this meal as a spiritual action, to transform this rough energy into fine energy of love, grace, wisdom and the light of consciousness.

Do not allow this energy to be spent on negative emotions and hopeless, empty dreams.

O GREAT DIVINE POWER!

I’m thankful for the opportunity given to me through the meal to develop myself and be closer to you,

and create inside the highest energy of love and grace, wisdom and light of consciousness.

  1. Dynamic meditation and / or power workout, which includes squats, push-ups, and crunches is beneficial for everyone, especially if you have a sedentary job. 10 – 15 minutes a day of active dance or workouts will disperse stagnant energy and help you not only to avoid disease, but also to maintain a good mood!

Evening practice:

  1. 1. A nice walk will relieve fatigue and tension after an active creative day. Otherwise, you can dance for 15-20 min.
  2. 2. Yoga and pranayama, practiced for 30min – 1,5 hour, is good before going to sleep at the end of the day.
  3. 3. Energetic astral strike at the weaknesses, illnesses, and effects for purification from parasites and spirits of diseases, to help the planet from destruction, epidemics, and suffering.

  1. Washing.
  2. Reading spiritual literature, or listening to the spiritual material will fill you with the useful impressions before going into the subtle plane.
  3. You can complete revision of the last day with preparation of a glass of water for the morning. It’s advisable to fill the glass with the pure water in the evening.
  4. And finally – conscious sleep with your head to the North or to the East. Ventilate the room before bedtime. Don’t sleep on the draft. Cover according to temperature, so you don’t feel hot nor cold. Try to sleep 8 hours.
